KAIST ‘Albert Hubo’ il Robot Einstein

Ne avevamo parlato un anno fa, ora è uscita la nuova versione migliorata, si tratta del robot Einstein, con una vasta gamma di espressioni facciali e ora anche un discreto equilibrio nel movimento.

KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) aveva presentato la prima versione di Albert Hugo nel Novembre 2005, con la pecularità della rappresentazione del viso di Albert Einstein, in grado di muoversi in modo davvero impressionante (vedi video), il tutto è stato reso possibile da una serie di “nervi” e “muscoli” creati da componenti elettrici e motorini (31). Il Robot è alto 157 centimetri e pesa 52 kg, può camminare e danzare, vedi fotogallery, e raggiungere la velocità di 1.25 km/h grazie a una serie di giunture.
